Hola Top Cats!
How’s the past week been for y’all?
Mine has been all about warm welcome dinners, endless walks with hubsbubs, lip smacking binge dates with none other than hubsbubs, lots of reading, researching & signing up for dream classes, planning a dreamy honeymoon, etc.
Amidst all the settling in and happy squeaks, I thought why not share my experience with (the four letter word I live for) “FOOD” scene in Pattaya, Thailand.
Like I mentioned earlier, it’s a bummer that Pattaya is known for all the shady things, when one can experience so much more there. Anyway, being the foodies that we are … R and I took our meal planning (during our Minimoon in Pattaya) very seriously.
After putting time, effort and Om Nom Nom, here I have the three fabulous restaurants you must not miss when in Pattaya!
Silver Lining:

A contemporary Japanese and Italian eatery that will blow your mind away with it’s plushy ambience, flashy cocktails, immaculate food (quality, oooh la la), prompt service and stellar location. Pretty much everything on their menu must be tried!!! Here’s what R and I gorged on…
P.S… Their cocktails are made like art, truly.

Why visit Silver Lining?
A) You may not be able to find a place as fabulous as this one
for an overly romantic date night.
B) I truly haven’t visited a place that puts so much of love and adulation in preparing Cocktails…
…Cocktails that taste like dessert. Ahhh!
C) It’s tough for a restaurant to get each and everything right- ambience, food, service and location; and this one’s literally got it all figured out (purrrrfecttly)!
Mantra:

Located on Beach Road, this restaurant is best described in three words- dramatic, eclectic and unique. It’s awe-inspiring architecture will make you want to visit this space over and over again. I mean, which place has a bed by the bar to lie down and indulge in some Cocktail hour? Oh, and did I mention that it has a walk-in wine cellar with an impressive list of over 160 branded wines from all over the world (including bottles of rare Bordeaux)?

Quite honestly, it will be unfair for me tell you what to order and what to miss ‘cos pretty much everything on their menu is exclusive. Here’s what we (R and I) tried…

Why visit Mantra?
A) It has 7 OPEN KITCHENS, which means the variety spreads over a plethora of Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Western, Mediterranean, Charcoal Grill and Seafood delicacies.
B) Just to experience the experience of a… Mushroom Cappuccino!
C) For it’s art gallery type ambience, stellar quality food and prompt service.
Surf and Turf:

If you return from Pattaya, Thailand without visiting Surf and Turf, you probably have missed on a great experience. Dining here gives proper Pattaya vibe.
One needs to be here to know what the aforementioned feels like!
This place has a menu that can appeal anyone and everyone, a beach view that many would want to get lost in and a crowd that is too cool for school. Here’s a bunch of stuff we tried…

Why Surf and Turf?
A) Firstly, for its location (beach facing) aka, the view!!!
B) It’s vibe.
C) The kinda crowd this place attracts and
C) It’s menu that exemplifies having a good variety of food for one and all!
PS… Surf and Turf is an experience in itself.
It’s one of those places that will make you reminisce a holiday WHILE you’re at one.
Beat that sh*t !!!
Amazing…..
Silver Lining❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
