Hey folks!
All set to welcome the Jovial July with open arms?
This part of the year is all about travel, right? Some of you must be back from vacay while others might be all set for one?
And…for the not so lucky ones, this month could be all about planning.Yikes!
Why?
Well, simply because traveling could be a form of self love & liberation for many but let’s face it, it can burn a hole in your wallet if not planned efficiently.
So spend some time bookmarking places, experiences and memories (of the future) !!! đ
Consider this blog post as a listicle of all my travel updates till date.

Royal Caribbean Experience | To Cruise or Not to Cruise
Traveling is the new synonym for self exploration. It allows you to understand self and your preferences better.
Cruising infact is a way of experiencing multiple countries without having to move hotels and change flights. If you are a water baby who loves the idea of sleeping in a luxurious room in the middle of an ocean and waking upto a new country everyday then Cruising is your kinda jam! Itâs also a cooler mode of travel as you donât have to move from one airport to the other, pack and unpack a gazillion times; and to top it up, experience a plethora of activities while sailing! 7 Fabulous Things to Explore in Singapore
What I personally love about this city is that it has got everything for EVERYONE- be it kids, my fellow millennials, adventure seekers, nature babies, food enthusiasts, art connoisseurs, shopaholics, chillers, so on and so forth! Speaking of which, I must tell you that itâs impossible to explore the whole of Singapore in just one trip, provided you stay for over ten days!

Bali, Indonesia
This post is going to talk about-
- How awesome Bali is!
- Why you must pick Bali as a romantic getaway.
- Cool stuff about Bali that not many people know of and
- Best restaurants to wallow in, when at Bali.

A mandatory ‘pool with a view’ kinda picture!
Bali is an Indonesian island known for a multitude of things. R and I chose Bali for its easy entry (visa on arrival), (beyond) fabulous hotel/resort options, super chilled out crowd (itâs always buzzing with Australians & Europeans) and insanely amazing food scene. Little did we know that 4 days in Bali would seem less and borderline upsetting.
Yes, 4 days in Bali IS LESS! More on Bali at

Our very own pool area that made this villa worth its price!
The Laguna is a stunning resort built around a complex of seven gorgeously landscaped lagoons and pools. Their 24-hour butler service, royally chic villas and outstanding hospitality deserves not just one, two but at least three visits in a lifetime! Read about the reasons to stay at Laguna, here!
Pattaya, Thailand – TOP 3 THINGS TO “DO”
Other than the shady stuff people unnecessarily go cuckoo cuckoo over, thereâs lots to experience in Pattaya! R and I made our (minimoon) trip all about âAdventureâ and âChillinâ like a total villainâ post wedding. So hereâs a bunch of mad (+ decent ) stuff you could do when in Pattaya. Click here!

Did you know that Pattaya is referred to as a city of  thousands beer bar. There are a little over 2000 beer bars scattered all across the city. This means that if you were to visit one bar everyday, it would take you 5 years and 4 months to visit them all!

Quintessential Queenstown
Almost all the places in the kiwi country (New Zealand) are on one side and our quintessential Queenstown is on another! Known to be a very popular holiday destination among the starlets, Queenstown has it all- adventure, alluring panoramic views, vineyards, cruising & shopping (the kind that would burn a hole in your wallet, mind you)!
The minute my troop and I landed in Queenstown, we got a (visual) taste of New Zealand that is often shown in the movies! Snow-capped mountains against crystal clear sky & brrrring breeze! The only place one would rather be!!!

Agrodome, New Zealand
For a country as pure as New Zealand, one needs to set aside a minimum of 10 days and a driverâs license. This post will include a bunch of pinnacles from my trip to the south island or Te Waipounamu of the country of all things kiwi!
Wondering what it is to be born as a farmer in NZ?
Well, a trip to Agrodome will help you with that. A 50-minute interactive show at Agrodome teaches you all about a farmersâ quotidian groove. The most fun part about this show is that they encourage the audience to feed/milk/play with the sheep, cattle, deer, llamas and alpacas. For me, this will be one of the most vivid memories of New Zealand as I (never imagined) milked a cow!
What an experience! Wowza!

Auckland, New Zealand
Divided into two â northern and southern island, NZ is a country that exposed me and my troop to two kinds of experiences in one trip! This post will talk about my experiences in the northern island where I covered Auckland & Rotorua! Read more, here!
Scintillating Sydney
Sydney is one of those populous cities that is extremely well bred and is capable of making your heart flutter from the second you land! A fair mix of various nationalities makes it the perfect place to study, work⌠basically get oodles of exposure from!
One of the bummers from my trip to Australia will be the less time spent in Sydney. Sydney is a place that deserves much more than a 3 day visit! The museums, beaches, art galleries, local shopping market, musicals, band performances and a lot more is offered in Sydney- all at the same time. Read detailed review & recommendations here!
Gold Coast- A Surfers Paradise Indeed

Cairns, A Travel Enthusiastsâ Muse
Flying to Cairns, Australia; every holiday makersâ paradise, opened the flood gates to exploring the real Australia for me. This pristine World Heritage preserved part on planet Earth adorned by the Great Barrier Reef is a dreamland in its own.
Living for 3 days in Cairns will give you âperspectiveâ. The vibe in this city is just too relaxed for its visitors to get worked up about things that arenât important. Read more about Cairns here!
Melbourne- THE place to BE!
The Victorian Capital, Melbourne welcomed (my troop and) me with non-stop drizzles. Nevertheless, the spirits of exploring a foreign land didnât allow meteorology to get to my swarming enthusiasm. On exploring the city, I realised how ânewâ and organised it was. A well-planned city has its own perks! One of which being a big open armed welcome to all the major universities and colleges and not to mention the big guns.

Experience living at a Homestay in Halli Berri Coffee & Cottages, Chikmagalur, Karnataka, India.
Holiday & travel is no longer âluxuryâ but a âneed of the hourâ. We all crave for a (well deserved đ) break from the daily humdrum to recuperate and tune back into the best version of ourselves. About three
years ago, I experienced another dimension of holiday & travel â the beautifully welcoming âhomestaysâ.
One such secret spot to rejuvenate in the coffee district of Chikmagalur, Karanataka is, Halli Berri Coffee & Cottages. Halli Berri has its gates open as a homestay for the folks who are looking at a vacation with loved ones filled with rambling conversations over coffee and super scrumptious home cooked Kannadiga food and yes of course, some kaapi (filter coffee).
