Hello my dear Readers,
Thank You for showing up on my space on the internet, I really appreciate your loyalty. I have a lust-worthy list of places to dine at for you. I’ve been to each of these places and very strongly recommend these.
Cafes & Restaurants
There’s actually a fine line between cafes and restaurants here in Dubai because even if you go to a cafe for a quick drink, the food options will entice you in plentiful ways. š
Socialiscious
A really snug restaurant in a very remote locationĀ of Dubai but driving 25 minutes to this place is worth it for me because the food is exceptionally good.
They have nailed their Khao Suey and Thai Green Curry. I very very very highly recommend this place. It’s genuinely worth visiting if you claim to be a true foodie.

Stomping Grounds
is one of the UNDERDOG cafes of Dubai. For anyone who understands ācoffeeā well will highly appreciate this place. Always buzzing with the locals, this cafe is going to allow you to experience a different kind of āDubai vibeā.Ā
SayaĀ
has become every girlsā favourite spot because of itās decor. The food is pretty incredible too. You can not go to Saya cafeĀ withoutĀ returning with a smile on your face. Iām going to let the pictures do the talking š

Akiba Dori
Located in Dubai Design District, this restaurant is clearly Dubaiās most underrated place. Itās a Japanese place with a widespread menu but⦠Akiba Dori serves (in my opinion), the best pizza in Dubai!!!Ā
YES, thatās a strong statement to make but you gotta go there to know!
Il Borro
For someone who appreciates good, authentic Italian food will know what Il Burro truly offers. Raj & I explored Florence in March 2020 and the standard of Italian food we ate there left us in awe; for the longest time, we couldnāt think any other place (restaurant) outside of Italy could give us that experience⦠but Il Burro did. You HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE OUT!!! By the way, they serve the best burrata and cheesecake in Dubai, genuinely… the best.

Habtoor Palace Hi Tea
Raj & I are now a fan of the hi tea experience. Weāve had hi tea at a palace in India (read here), a gorgeous English property in Cape Town and then at Habtoor Palace. I will let the pictures do the talking š

Limetree Cafe
Now this oneās for the free spirited people who appreciate words like- organic, fair trade, local, ethical, etc. Itās a cosy comfy place which has a homey vibe. Everytime I think of Limetree cafe, I think of itās hot chocolate and itās organic triple chocolate brownie. Needless to say, thereās a lot on the menu that you can experience. š

Paul must win an award for NAILING hot chocolate. If you haven’t Paul’s hot chocolate at least once in a life time… you’re missing out. Really!
