My Dear Readers,
Have you been getting my Newsletters?

Anyway, you know what kind of foodie I am, right?
The kind that thinks about what to eat for dinner while lunching (no kidding)!
I’m a proud Indian who is still fascinated by the trend of ’fusion food’ so I thought why not (yet again) bring to your radius of reality a place that has mastered the art of Indian Fusion Food- Carnival by Tresind.
Inspiration behind Carnival by Tresind
The Creators of Carnival believe that Indian food has swept epicureans across the globe off their feet and it’s time to put that time machine to good use & bring back culinary techniques that are intrinsic to the country of diversity- India!
And is there a better way to flaunt our core strengths than using Molecular Gastronomy???
Heartfelt Moments at Carnival
Carnival by Tresind will always hold a very special place in my heart because the husband and I went for our first (big, formal) date there + I also celebrated by first birthday as married woman at Carnival by Tresind.
I must say, I am more than impressed by the magnificence of this place!
It’s a matter of perfection!
It’s absolutely amazing when a restaurant has got everything quite bang on- amusing ambience, scrumptious food, enthralling presentation, scintillating location, chic crowd, warm service…and so much more, phew!
“Dining at Carnival is a gastronomic fiesta that pushes the boundaries of fine dining to transcend into a nostalgic culinary experience which revokes childhood memories & takes you back to your days of yore.”
